Gone are the days when we (Aura) will promote jobs like Account Executive, Senior Account Manager etc. – we all have our own specialisms and skills and that’s what we need to base jobs on. We have a flat structure at Aura and by developing this new model we collaborate more effectively within the team and with our creative partners.

Aura is recruiting for an experienced (min 1 year) social media starlet, who has can use multiple platforms and tools including Hootsuite, MailChimp, Survey Monkey, WordPress and monitoring/evaluation tools. We also use video and editing software, so experience of this is desirable. The person may come from a PR background but if employed, will be committed to CIPR membership and CPD. It’s essential the person will have a sound understanding of content creation and the idea of shared, owned and earned media.

We are open to the number of years of experience, as skills and ambition also go a long way. We are also open to working with a part-time/job share position.
