Communications audit and analysis
A communications audit identifies essentially what’s working and what’s not. It will identify channels, messages, tactics and access to data will be used to form an audit report.
It’s best practice to perform an audit on internal and external communications every few years. As technology evolves, consumer and business behaviour and landscapes evolve.
I will work independently to conduct and audit of your communications processes, set up focus groups with key audiences and I’d provide a full report on findings, conclusions and recommendations.
I’d provide a statement of work, covering all the areas I’d need to access to for your communications audit and I’d be happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement for peace of mind.
