Communication audit and analysis
A communication audit identifies essentially what’s working and what’s not. It will look in-depth at channels, messages, tactics and access to data will be used to form an audit report.
It’s best practice to perform an audit on internal and external communications every few years. As technology evolves, consumer and business behaviour and landscapes evolve.
I will work independently to conduct an audit of your processes, set up focus groups with key audiences and I will provide a full report on findings, conclusions and recommendations.
I will provide a statement of work, covering all the areas I’d need access to for your communication audit and I’d be happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement for peace of mind.
